“Disabled people have difficulty to use public facilities such as toilet at park,” said Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama, Monday (2/29).
Not only toilet, he added, tactile paving must be also provided on road. Trees and utilities must be eliminated to ease disabled people walking through.
